NOOA (Naturally Out of Africa) is a new premium luxury tea and specialty coffee brand inspired by Africa’s. 27Nine Advertising partnered with NOOA and their packaging design agency XFACTA, to bring the brand to life at launch - translating its philosophy into a cohesive communications framework, compelling visual storytelling, and high-quality e-commerce content that would position NOOA confidently in a global market.
Packaging design was led by XFACTA, with 27Nine responsible for the brand’s communications strategy, content creation, copywriting and digital expression.

As a newcomer in a competitive global market, NOOA needed to quickly establish trust and credibility with first-time buyers, especially in the Middle East, where the first NOOA Cafes were opened. This meant converting a premium image into captivating digital content while also debuting with impressive e-commerce visuals that showcased the elegance and quality set by the packaging design from XFACTA. The challenge was not just about launching a product; it was crucial to build an engaging brand experience from day one.
